Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties

  • Providing first and second-line IT support via phone, email, and in-person for a user base of 200+ staff.
  • Logging, managing, and resolving support tickets using the company’s IT service management (ITSM) system, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues with laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices, including basic repairs and coordinating with vendors.
  • Assisting with user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Supporting and configuring standard business software, including the full Microsoft 365 suite, VPN clients, and proprietary applications.
  • Providing basic network support, assisting with connectivity issues for both wired and wireless networks.
  • Creating and updating knowledge base articles and user guides to promote self-service and improve resolution times.
  • Assisting the IT team with project work, such as software rollouts, hardware refreshes, and office moves.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT Helpdesk or technical support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
