Core Responsibilities & Duties

- Full responsibility for processing high-volume purchase invoices, ensuring accurate coding and obtaining authorisation in line with company policy.

- Performing daily bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash flow records.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis.
- Processing company credit card and expense claims, ensuring compliance with HMRC guidelines.
- Providing administrative support for payroll by collating timesheets and processing changes.
- Maintaining organised and secure financial records, both digitally and physically, for audit purposes.
