In this position, you will feat as the second in command in our kitchen, following and enforcing our management chef’s requirements and guidelines. Your duties will supplement recruiting new employees, responding to customer issues, and developing additional menu options. Responsibilities Of Head Chef/Sous Chef Job In South Kensington:

  • Develop further menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Ensure that kitchen comings and goings operate in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer problems and concerns personally.
  • Monitor and baby book inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.

  • Teamwork-oriented once outstanding leadership abilities.
