Key Responsibilities
Front of House Service
- Provide professional, attentive, and friendly silver service or buffet service to guests at high-profile events, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Serve food and beverages (including alcoholic drinks) with precision, following specific client and venue protocols.
- Actively engage with guests, anticipating needs, handling queries politely, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Back of House & Logistics
- Assist with event set-up and break-down, including moving furniture, laying tables, and arranging decor to a high standard.
- Work closely with kitchen teams to facilitate the smooth flow of plated dishes, supporting Commis Chefs and porters as needed.
- Maintain strict hygiene and health & safety standards in all work areas, including washing up and maintaining clean workstations.
- Handle and care for catering equipment, glassware, and linen with diligence.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Proven Experience: At least 6 months in event catering, waiting staff, or a similar fast-paced hospitality role.
- Personality & Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude, resilience under pressure, and impeccable personal presentation.
- Flexibility & Reliability: Must be available for shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Own transport is beneficial but not essential.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively as part of a large, diverse team.
